Philippa Whistledown is a courtesean in the Muse House. She is the daughter of Rosamund and it's considered an adoptive daughter to Madam Eunice. She is also considered an adoptive sister to Prudence, Penelope and Felicity Whistledown.
History
Differently from most courteseans, Philippa was born and raised entirely in the Muse House. Her mother is a former courtesean that now works helping with the meals, and she was raised to become one of the most popular courteseans in her place. Philippa doesn't know who her father was, but he is unimportant.
She is known for her ethereal beauty and hypnotic green eyes, being the one that attracts the larger amount of clients per night, therefore giving most profit to the Madam.
Personality
Philippa is not exactly social, even if she does assume a social persona during work. She is known for being beautiful, and she uses her beauty to her advantage for getting everything she wants. Most men don't care about her ideas and her brain, so she stopped sharing those. Still, Philippa is overall amicable and nice, having a prettier agreeable personality than her sisters, for example.

A military official of the Court. He helps the brothers Anthony, Benedict and Colin with whatever task he’s assigned. Philippa met him when he came back with Penelope and Harry to Mayfair, sparking his attention and becoming his mistress.

Rosamund — Princess Kalyca
Philippa's birth mother. She is a former courtesean of the Muse House under the name Kalyca, but a few years after giving birth to Philippa she retired, working in the back of the house now. She is responsible for the kitchen, feeding both the courteseans and the clients. Philippa and her mother are actually really close and they spend a lot of time together when neither of them are working.
Eunice Whistledown — Madam Eunice
Philippa's mother figure. She is the owner of the Muse House and someone who helped both Philippa and her mother their whole lives. She has great respect and affetion for the Madam.
Prudence Whistledown — The First Princess, Iliana
Philippa's older adoptive sister. Philippa was one of the first to accept her in the Muse House when she arrives, always in her company and becoming a great source of help. As the years went by, they formed the sister bond that is usually reserved for blood siblings, even without any blood relation. Prudence is definetely her best friend.
Cordelia Whistledown — Princess Nerina
Philippa's older adoptive sister. Basically being raised alongside Cordelia, she is the best sense of older sister that Philippa received. Cordelia was always teaching the girls while their mothers worked, leading to be a master of entertainment for everyone. All that Philippa knows about how to entertain men comes from the classes under Cordelia's care.

Felicity Whistledown — The Third Princess, Macaria
Philippa's younger adoptive sister. She is the one closer to Felicity, as she has a younger mind than body. Felicity came along with her sister into this world, both a respite for the courteseans. Philippa immediately got attached to them both, brimming with glee when Felicity decided to become one of the Princesses with her. Felicity enjoys Philippa's company because she tends to be more sincere about their life.
Penelope Whistledown — Dame Penelope
Philippa's younger adoptive sister. When they were younger, they used to explore outside together. Her, Penelope and Phillip--after all, someone had to take care of the kids. However, as she grew older, the work became too much and Philippa was unable to keep being their bodyguard anymore, leaving their entrusted to take care of each other. She accepted easily that Penelope wouldn't stay in the Muse House, thinking it obvious since the beginning. Deep inside, Philippa feels a little guilty for Penelope's kidnapping.
